เพราะไม่ได้รีบร้อนจึงคิดว่านั่งไปเรื่อย ๆ เดี๋ยวก็ถึง
ไม่ต้องโหนเหมือนรถเมล์
(เพราะโหนยังไงก็ไม่ถึงอยู่แร่ะ 
)
แถมประหยัดกว่าแท็กซี่เสียด้วย
ประกอบกับชอบเลือกขึ้นรถแท็กซี่หรือรถตู้คันเก่า ๆ ไว้ก่อนเพราะเห็นคนส่วนใหญ่ชอบเลือกแต่คันใหม่ ๆ กัน รถคันเก่า ๆ จอดรอผู้โดยสารตามป้ายรถเมล์ แต่หลายคนก็ยังอุตส่าห์โบกหาแต่คันใหม่ ๆ แล้วก็วิ่งจู๊ด ขึ้นคันใหม่ไปต่อหน้าต่อตา
ใจก็คิดน๊อ
นี่ถ้าเราเป็นคนขับรถคันเก่า ๆ นั้นจะรู้สึกยังไงหว่า
หรือพวกรู้สึกล็อตแรก ๆ เขากระเสือกกระสนไปออกรถคันใหม่ ๆ
เรียกผู้โดยสารกันหมดแล้ว
เหลือแต่พวกเบี้ยน้อยหอยน้อย จึงต้องยอมจำนนโดยดุษฎี
ตกตะกอนนอนก้น ทนขับรถเก่า ๆ กันไป
ถอนหายใจครั้งแล้วครั้งเล่า กับผู้โดยสารที่เมินหน้าหนี
ในใจพี่แกคงนึกอยากร้องเพลง

เบาะก็สะอาดตามอัตภาพของเขาน่า
จริง ๆ เขาเองก็ต้องเสี่ยงกับระดับอนามัยของผู้โดยสารอยู่เหมือนกันนา
เอาเป็นว่าเราช่วยกระจายรายได้หน่อยก็แล้วกัน
และแล้วห้วงเวลาแห่งความหฤหรรษ์ก็เริ่มขึ้น
ครูปูเลือกนั่งหน้าข้างคนขับพร้อมสัมภาระนิดหน่อยที่รวบกอดไว้มิให้รุกรานพื้นที่ของคนอื่น ด้วยความที่รถเก่า คนขับก็อุตส่าห์เร่งแอร์เต็มที่ เสียงแอร์ดังหึ่ง ๆ

ผู้โดยสารยื่นสตังค์ให้ พร้อมปิดประตู โครม! เป็นสัญญาณให้คนขับออกตัวไปต่อได้
แรก ๆ ก็ได้ยินคนขับรถตู้ขอร้องตลอด
“ปิดประตูเบา ๆ นะคร้าบ”
ทั้ง ๆ ที่มีสติ๊กเกอร์ติดเตือนอยู่ตรงประตู กรุณาปิดประตูเบา ๆ แต่ก็ไม่มีใครใส่ใจ
“นั่งกระเถิบในหน่อยนะครับ มีที่ว่างอีกนะครับ ช่วยกระเถิบให้ผมหน่อยนะครับ”
(คำว่าให้ผมหน่อยนี่ คงหมายถึงเห็นใจรายได้ของผมหน่อยมังคะ)
ไม่รู้เป็นอะไรคนส่วนใหญ่จะเลือกนั่งให้ใกล้ประตูทางออกให้มากที่สุด ไม่ว่าเป้าหมายตัวเองจะอยู่ไกลแสนไกลขนาดไหน หรือจะมีคนลงแล้วเราเกะกะขวางทางเขาไปแล้วกี่คน
แถมอยู่ดี ๆ ผู้โดยสารบางคนเกิดบอกเป้าหมายกระทันหันขึ้นมาอีก คือลงตรงนี้ จอดให้หน่อย จะลงเดี๋ยวนี้ คนขับก็อาศัยทักษะปาดหน้าปาดหลังเสียบเข้าไปจอดเอาใจลูกค้าจนได้ พร้อมกำชับว่า
“ลงอย่างรวดเร็วนะครับ ตรงนี้ห้ามจอด”
ปฏิกริยาที่เห็นคือไม่มีอาการเร่งรีบแต่อย่างใด นั่งเสียในสุดไม่มีการเตรียมตัว ค่อย ๆ กระดื๊บ ๆ ช้ากว่าหนอน ดร.เม้ง เสียอีก แถมจ่ายสตังค์เสร็จเดิบเชิ๊บ ๆ ไม่ปิดประตูรถให้อีกต่างหาก จนคนที่นั่งใกล้ประตูรู้ชะตากรรมของตัวเองในที่สุด
บางคนบอกเป้าหมายมาจากข้างหลังด้วยเสียงเบา ๆ คิดไปเองว่าคนขับจะได้ยิน แต่นั่งอยู่ใกล้แอร์แล้วเสียงแอร์เก่าดังขนาดนั้น ทำให้คนขับไม่ได้ยิน พอเลยที่หมายก็ช๊งเช๊งปะทะคารมกันใหญ่
หนำซ้ำยังมีโทรศัพท์แจ้งเรื่องรถชนที่ขอให้คนขับวิ่งไปดูให้อีก
สังเกตเห็นคนขับรถหนวดเริ่มกระดิกขึ้นเป็นระยะ ๆ
“ครับผม ๆ” เมื่อสักครู่เริ่มหายไป
อาการขับรถปรู๊ดปร๊าด เริ่มถี่ขึ้น
หน้านิ่ว คิ้วขมวด ปฏิกริยาโต้ตอบกับผู้โดยสารลดลง
ใครบอกให้จอดตรงไหน ไม่มีตอบรับ “ได้ครับ” เหมือนเมื่อครู่
ทำยังไงล่ะตรู นั่งอยู่ดี ๆ ไหงพาลเครียดไปกับเขาด้วยหว่า
โอย นึกเข้าใจพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลรัฐแถวบ้าน
ที่มักถูกกล่าวหาว่า หน้าเหมือนยักษ์ท้องผูก ขึ้นมาเลย
มันเป็นจะอี้นี่เองเน่อ….
เห็นภาพความเครียด และความกดดัน
แย่งกันอยู่ แย่งกันทำมาหากินแบบคนเมืองหลวง
แล้วเลยหลงลืมหัวจิตหัวใจซึ่งกันและกัน
อย่างที่พ่อครูบาฯ แอบมองผ่านเลนส์ของไอ้หนุ่มทุ่งกุลาบ่อย ๆ ไหมคะ

ทำใจดีสู้เสือ ชวนคุยนู่นนี่พองาม
ระหว่างนั้นก็ถือโอกาสคอยย้ำคนขับให้ด้วยซะเลย

เคยเห็นรถตู้ที่มีบริการแบบครอบครัวมั้ยคะ
คือสามีขับ ภรรยาเก็บเงินอะไรประมาณนั้นน่ะค่ะ
นั่นเลยค่ะ นั่นเลย
(ดีนะไม่เจอคนรู้จัก ไม่งั้นคงแสดงความยินดีที่เราได้เป็นฝั่งเป็นฝากับเขาเสียที อิอิ)
วันนี้เลยนั่งคิดถึงบันทึก การบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ ของพี่เบิร์ด

กับบริการที่ได้รับจาก “ผู้ให้” ที่บริการด้วยหัวใจ

ไม่ทำให้การให้นั้นมีคุณค่า
หรือเสริมแรงให้ “ผู้ให้” ยินดีและเต็มใจที่จะให้ต่อไป
เมื่อการให้การรับไม่เกิดพร้อมกัน หรือเสียสมดุลไปเมื่อไหร่
ก็มีแนวโน้มที่เป็นไปได้มากว่า
