แล้วจะทำอย่างไร???ที่จะทำให้การมีความรักแล้วสุขได้ตลอด
ความจริงพุทธศาสนิกชนทั้งหลายหากระลึกได้และเข้าใจในคำสอนของพระพุทธองค์ เราต่างมามีความรักแบบทางพระพุทธศาสนาให้กันและกันก็จะดีไม่น้อย ความรักที่ว่านั้นคือ “พรหมวิหาร 4″ อันประกอบด้วย เมตตา กรุณา มุทิตา และอุเบกขา…หากเราต่างได้นำมาปฏิบัติ ก็น่าที่จะทำให้มีความสุขกันทั่วหน้าและตลอดไปได้
“พรหมวิหาร 4″
เมตตา(loving-kindness)หรือไมตรี คือความปรารถนาที่จะนำความสุขมาให้ผู้อื่นโดยไม่หวังผลตอบแทน
กรุณา(compassion) คือความสงสาร ปรารถนาที่จะขจัดทุกข์ให้ผู้อื่น
มุทิตา(sympathetic joy) คือความยินดีที่เห็นผู้อื่นมีความสุข เห็นเขาประสพความสำเร็จในชีวิต มีชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นก็พลอยแช่มชื่นเบิกบานใจไปด้วย
อุเบกขา(equanimity)หรือ คือการวางเฉยต่อความลำเอียงของตนเองและผู้อื่น วางใจเป็นกลาง ปราศจากอคติทั้งปวง ทำให้เรามีสติ ใจสงบนิ่ง เป็นกลางและวางตัวได้อย่างเหมาะสม
ท่านดาไลลามะ…ได้เคยให้คำจำกัดความของความรักแบบชาวพุทธว่า “คือความสงบเย็นและเป็นสุข”
วันนี้ป้าจุ๋มเพิ่งกลับจากการไปเข้าคอร์ส “สุขภาพดีแบบวิถีไทย”มา ตอนแรกคิดจะรีบเขียนเล่าให้ฟังว่าไปทำอะไรมาบ้าง เพราะรู้สึกว่าดีและมีประโยชน์มากค่ะ แต่ยังไม่รู้จะเริ่มต้นเล่าอย่างไรดีเลยขอพักไว้ก่อนค่ะ
มาคิดได้ว่าพรุ่งนี้เป็นวันสำคัญทางพุทธศาสนาของเราคือ “วันอาสาฬหบูชา” ก็อยากให้พวกเรามีความสุขกายสุขใจหลังจากไปทำบุญกันมาอยู่พร้อมหน้ากับครอบครัว…ก็เลยเขียนอะไรที่เบาๆสบายๆมาเล่าสู่กันฟังเพื่อให้หายคิดถึงกันก็เท่านั้นค่ะ
สุดท้ายก็ขอฝากดอกไม้สวยๆและเพลงเพราะๆมาให้ฟังด้วยค่ะ “ลุ่มเจ้าพระยา” เป็นหนึ่งในเพลงที่ชอบและคิดว่าเนื้อหาดีค่ะ
ขอมอบดอกย่านดาโอ๊ะหนึ่งเดียวในโลกให้ได้ชมให้ชื่นใจค่ะ
ก็มารักกันดีกว่านะคะและขอให้ทุกท่านมีความรักความอบอุ่นและมีความสุขในวันนี้และตลอดไปค่ะ
