มนต์เสน่ห์…เมืองใต้ ตอนที่ 2
อ่าน: 7439การไปใต้ของป้าจุ๋มเมื่อคราววันที่23-27 มิ.ย.ที่ผ่านมานั้นมีเป้าหมายหลักๆอยู่3-4 เป้าหมายค่ะ ตามที่ได้เล่าไปบ้างแล้วในตอนที่ 1 ค่ะ แต่อยากยืนยันว่าไปใต้ครั้งใดก็เกิดความมั่นใจ และประทับใจทุกครั้ง ทำให้อยากกลับไปอีกทุกครั้งไปค่ะ
มีอะไรทำให้ต้องมนต์ขนาดนั้นหรือก็มีค่ะ
1.สภาพภูมิประเทศมีภูเขา มีทะเล และมีต้นไม้ใหญ่ ดูแล้วร่มรื่น มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ ผัก ผลไม้ อาหารทะเล สดๆทั้งนั้นค่ะ
2.ด้วยความอุดมสมบูรณ์พูนสุขอย่างนี้กระมังที่ทำให้ทุกคนรักบ้านเกิดและอยู่กันด้วยความรักและมีศักดิ์ศรีของตนเองมีอะไรให้ได้เรียนรู้ค่ะ
3.ความน่ารัก ความมีน้ำใจและอัธยาสัยไมตรีที่ดีค่ะ
แค่ 3 อย่างนี้ก็คงจะมากพอแล้วกระมังคะ ที่จะทำให้ต้องย้อนกลับไปอีกครั้งแล้วครั้งเล่า
สำหรับตอนที่สองนี้หลักๆก็คงจะเป็นที่ เป้าหมายสุดท้าย คือมาเยี่ยมอ.Handy น้องนงและหลานWebsiteและไปร่วมทำบุญบริจาคเงินซื้อที่ดินให้โรงเรียนวัดรัตนารามค่ะ
แต่พอไปถึงจริงๆก็มีเป้าหมายที่น่าสนใจงอกออกมาค่ะคือได้ไปพบกลุ่ม”สายธารอนุรักษ์” ที่เป็นเด็กรุ่นหนุ่ม ไฟแรง มีศักยภาพสูง เมื่อมาเรียนจบได้ปริญญาเกิดความรู้สึกว่าต้องกลับไปช่วยฟื้นฟูบ้านเกิด(เป็นบัณฑิตคืนถิ่นด้วยความสมัครใจ) จากการได้พูดคุยกับเขาแล้ว และดูจากงานที่เขามาทำไว้หลายอย่างเช่นการอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ วัฒนธรรมและฯลฯ นับเป็นความคิดที่ดีและน่าชื่นชมมากค่ะ
และสิ่งสุดท้ายที่ทำให้พวกเขาพากันคืนถิ่นคือเขาพูดว่าจะ “จะได้มีโอกาสอยู่ใกล้ชิดและดูแลพ่อแม่ ในยามแก่เฒ่าด้วย”(โอ้โห…อันนี้ยิ่งทำให้ป้าจุ๋มรู้สึกศรัทธาเด็กกลุ่มนี้มากๆเลยค่ะ)
หากเด็กรุ่นใหม่ทุกภาคส่วนคิดได้อย่างนี้สังคมไทยก็จะอบอุ่น พ่อ-แม่คนแก่ไม่ถูกทอดทิ้ง ที่สำคัญคือได้ใช้ความรู้ที่ได้ไปเรียนมากลับมาพัฒนาบ้านเกิดตนเองด้วยค่ะ
ก็จะขอค่อยๆเล่าให้ฟังตามลำดับว่าวันที่ 26 ราว 10 โมงเช้านัดพบอ.Handy ที่ม.ราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานีค่ะ แต่พอไปถึงก็ถูกหลอกให้ขึ้นเวที สดๆแบบไม่ได้ตั้งเนื้อตั้งตัว ดีที่บอกว่าให้เวลาแค่ 5 นาทีก็ค่อยยังชั่วหน่อย
เช้าวันที่ 26 มิ.ย.โดนหลอกขึ้นเวทีlecture ก่อนพาไปกินข้าวเที่ยง
วันที่26เที่ยงกับดร.ชัยรัตน์ อ.Handyที่ร้านอีสานเรือนไทยค่ะ(รับประกันความสดและอร่อยค่ะ)
หลังจากกลับไปสู่อ้อมอกอันอบอุ่นณ.บ้านเกิดก็มีการเลี้ยงเป็ด เลี้ยงไก่ และปลูกพืชพันธุ์ต่างๆก็เจริญงอกงามดีค่ะ
มีมะละกอมีกล้วย ฟัก แฟง ถั่วพู ถั่วฝักยาวคือมีเกือบทุกอย่างคล้ายๆไร่นาสวนผสมค่ะ
(ได้ข่าวว่าจะปลูกข้าวไร่อีกอย่างค่ะ)
วิธีกำจัดวัชพืชตามคำแนะนำของคุณLogos ค่ะ ได้ผลดีค่ะ
อ.Handyกับความภูมิใจคือส้มโอ 1 ลูกที่เฝ้าทะนุถนอมจนโต มาสุกตอนป้าจุ๋มมาถึงพอดีค่ะ
พาป้าจุ๋มไปอวด ป้าจุ๋มบอกว่าสุกกำลังดีแล้วนะ(ป้าจุ๋มชอบกินส้มโอเลยดูเป็นค่ะ)
ผักในสวนครัวเก็บมาให้ป้าจุ๋มชิมค่ะและส้มโอพันธุ์ปัตตาเวียร์ลูกเดียวนั้น สีสวยและรสชาดดีมากค่ะเรียกว่าสุกกำลังดีจริงๆ ส่วนที่ว่าผักอร่อยในวันนั้นชักไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นเพราะผักสดหรือฝีมือตำน้ำพริกกะปิของอ.ขวัญจิตรกันแน่…คงต้องหาโอกาสไปพิสูจน์ใหม่อีกครั้งเพื่อยืนยันความอร่อยค่ะ…อิอิ
หลังจากเดินชมสวนพอหอมปากหอมคอก็ต้องรีบไปที่โรงเรียนวัดรัตนารามค่ะเพื่อร่วมทำบุญตามเป้าหมายค่ะ
ได้ถ่ายภาพเป็นที่ระลึกกับท่านผอ.โรงเรียนค่ะ
เด็กๆดีใจมาช่วยต้อนรับแขกด้วยความตั้งใจ

เช้าวันที่ 27 มิย.ก่อนกลับไปเยี่ยมกลุ่มสายธารอนุรักษ์ ได้ถ่ายภาพกับคุณย่าของคุณภูผา ตาปีค่ะ ท่านมีอายุ 97 ปีแล้วแต่ความจำยังเยี่ยมมากค่ะ
หลังจากถ่ายภาพหมู่เสร็จท่านยกมือชูนิ้วชี้แล้วบอกว่าขอภาพเดี่ยวด้วย…เราก็จัดให้ด้วยความเต็มใจค่ะคุณย่าขา
เดินบุกป่าอนุรักษ์กับกลุ่ม”สายธารอนุรักษ์”
เก็บภาพร่วมกันเป็นที่ระลึกก่อนกลับค่ะ

เห็นส้มโอแล้ว…อิอิ สีสวยมากนะคะ ตอนที่ยังเป็นเด็กที่บ้านจะมีต้นส้มโอ ออกผลสีคล้ายๆกันนี้ค่ะ ยายจะเอาน้ำขี้เถ้ารดบอกว่าจะทำให้หวานอร่อย และก็หวานอร่อยจริงๆด้วยค่ะ ปีหนึ่งๆ ทำรายได้พอควรเลย ตอนนั้นจำได้ว่ายายบอกว่าต้นนี้เอาพันธุ์มาจากเมืองใต้ แต่จำไม่ได้ว่ายายบอกหรือเปล่าว่าจังหวัดไหนน่ะค่ะ
ป้าจุ๋มเดินทางบ่อยพอๆกันท่านจอมป่วนเลยนะคะ ..ไปคราวนี้จะพกมีดคู่กายไปด้วยไหมคะ ^_^
ส้มโอที่เห็นนั้น เห็นอ.Handyบอกว่าเป็นพันธุ์ปัตตาเวียค่ะ สีสวยมากค่ะ และหวานอร่อยด้วยค่ะ สงสัยจะเป็นพันธุ์เดียวกันมั้งคะ แต่ความหวานของส้มหรือผลไม้นั้นเป็นผลโดยตรงกับธาตุอาหารที่ได้รับค่ะ
