อ่าน: 14486ตั้งใจเล่าเรื่องราวชีวิตเป็นการปอกเปลือกตัวเองว่าจะสองตอนจบ ทำไปทำมาก็ยาวไปเรื่อยๆ ว่าจะจบแต่มันยังด้วนๆอยู่ก็เลยลุกขึ้นมาเขียนต่อ แต่โชคไม่ดีรู้สึกเคืองๆตาซ้าย ตาขวากระตุก เลยเขียนมั่งหยุดมั่งมันก็เลยไม่จบสักที วันนี้ได้ฤกษ์เขียนต่อ ความจริงก็ไม่ใช่อะไรหรอก เขียนเรื่องความไว้วางใจจบแล้วมันก็รู้สึกเครียดๆเหมือนคนอ่านนั่นแหละ พอคนเขียนเครียดคนอ่านก็เครียด ก็เลยหาเรื่องมาคลายเครียดเล่าเรื่องราวในอดีตกันดีกว่า
ตอนสมัยผมจะสอบเข้าอัยการ มีพ่อตาอัยการคนหนึ่งรู้จักสนิทสนมกันดีกับพ่อ เขียนจดหมายถึงลูกเขยโดยให้พ่อเอามาให้ผมแล้วให้ผมเอาไปให้ผู้ใหญ่ท่านนั้น ผมขออ่านจดหมายแล้วผมคืนให้พ่อว่าผมไม่ต้องการแบบนี้ ถ้าผมจะเป็นอัยการก็ขอเป็นด้วยความสามารถของผม ผมเห็นแม่ยิ้มด้วยความรู้สึกที่ผมบอกได้ว่าแม่ภูมิใจ พ่อยิ้มแล้วพูดว่านึกแล้วว่าบัณฑูรไม่เอา…..แม่ก็พูดว่าแม่ก็นึกแล้ว
ผมเป็นข้าราชการที่ทำงานอย่างอื่นไม่เป็น ผมทำการค้าไม่เป็น และไม่ชอบทำอย่างอื่นนอกจากการเป็นข้าราชการของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ผมไม่ชอบให้ใครมาวิ่งเต้นคดี ผมไม่ชอบคบใครที่หวังว่าคบอัยการแล้วจะช่วยได้เมื่อไปทำความผิดมา ผมไม่ชอบช่วยคนผิด และผมพูดจริงทำจริงถ้าบอกว่าช่วยไม่ได้และจะไม่ช่วย ต่อให้เขาไปขอร้องพ่อผมให้ช่วยพูดกับผม ก็ไม่ให้ และเมื่ออธิบายให้คุณพ่อผมฟังท่านก็จะเข้าใจด้วยเหตุผลที่ผมใช้บ่อยก็คือ ถ้าปล่อยให้คนทำอย่างนี้แล้วอัยการใช้อำนาจหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือไม่ว่าจะด้วยมีสินบนหรือเพราะอคติ สังคมจะอยู่ได้อย่างไร
ตอนเป็นอัยการจังหวัด ผู้คนอาจจะชอบผมหากเห็นว่าผมทำงานตรงไปตรงมา ผมขอให้ศาลริบรถบรรทุกที่บรรทุกน้ำหนักเกิน ริบเรือประมงที่ลากอวนชายฝั่งทำให้ทรัพยากรชายฝั่งเสียหาย ขอให้ศาลจำคุกผู้บุกรุกป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ ริบรถจักรยานยนต์ที่ใช้ในการแข่งบนถนน โดยไม่เกรงหน้าอินทร์หน้าพรหม และพอเราเอาจริงตลอดสองปีที่เป็นอัยการจังหวัดแทบจะไม่มีใครมากล้าขอให้ผมช่วยในเรื่องเหล่านี้เลย
การทำงานในการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับประชาชน ผมยอมให้ประชาชนตรวจสอบผมได้ ผมสั่งให้ลูกน้องพิมพ์คำสั่งไม่ฟ้องพร้อมด้วยเหตุผลแห่งคำสั่งใส่แฟ้มให้ประชาชนตรวจสอบการทำงานผมได้ ดังนั้นลูกน้องผมแต่ละคนถ้าจะสั่งไม่ฟ้องต้องมั่นใจในความเห็นของตัวเอง เพราะถ้าเหตุผลไม่ดีผมไม่ผ่านให้ แม้แต่จะสั่งฟ้องก็ไม่ได้หมายความว่าผมจะฟ้องตามหากผมเห็นว่าชาวบ้านไม่ได้รับความเป็นธรรม จำเลยบางคนเดินงงออกจากที่ทำงานเพราะนึกว่าวันนี้ถูกฟ้องแน่แล้ว แต่เมื่อผมเห็นว่าเขาไม่ผิด หรือพยานหลักฐานไม่สามารถพิสูจน์ความผิดของเขาได้ผมก็จะสั่งไม่ฟ้อง
ผมทราบดีว่าคนไม่ชอบผมก็มีเยอะ เพราะผมไม่เห็นแก่ประโยขน์ส่วนตน ผมไม่ยอมให้เขาเอาเงินมาฟาดหัวผม ภูเก็ตเป็นแหล่งผลประโยชน์มากมายมหาศาล ผมถือว่าการเป็นคนในกระบวนการยุติธรรมต้องทำตัวให้ประชาชนไว้วางใจ ผมไม่เคยปฏิเสธอดีตว่าผมเคยไปนั่งตามผับ ไปอาบอบนวด ตามสมัยนิยม เคยสูบบุหรี่ ดื่มเหล้า แต่ผมเลิกแล้ว เพราะหากยังทำตัวอย่างนั้นจะให้ประชาชนเชื่อถือในความบริสุทธิ์ในการทำงานอย่างไร
เอ๊ะ..รู้สึกว่าวันนี้เขียนออกแนวเครียดๆแฮะ…อิอิ จากการที่ทำตัวแบบนี้ในตอนซื้อบ้านเป็นของตัวเอง เราก็ต้องกระเหม็ดกระแหม่กันทั้งครอบครัว มีอัยการรุ่นพี่คนหนึ่งขอไปทานข้าวที่บ้าน เห็นผมทานข้าวกับน้ำพริก ผักต้ม ผัดผัก เอาไปล้อแต่ไม่ใช่แบบดูถูก แต่ล้อเพราะเราเป็นน้องรักที่ทำตัวแบบที่พี่เขาอยากให้เราเป็น และพี่คนนี้เองที่ผลักดันให้ผมได้อยู่ภูเก็ตอย่างต่อเนื่อง และแม้ผมมีแขกชาวเฮฮาศาสตร์ก็พี่คนนี้แหละที่หาเรือลำเบ้อเริ่มมาให้พวกเราเดินทางแถมยังไปตกปลามาให้พวกเราได้กินกัน จนเมื่อเกิดวิกฤตฟองสบู่โรคต้มยำกุ้ง เราสู้กับการผ่อนบ้านไหม ทำขนมขายก็แล้ว บัตรเครดิตก็ถูกรูดมาจ่ายค่าบ้าน จนเป็นหนี้อีลุงตุงนังไปหมด ดอกเบี้ยเบิกบานมาก อิอิ เงินค่าเช่าซื้อที่จ่ายมาล้านกว่าบาทในที่สุดหนี้ก็ท่วมเงินต้น และแถมยังเป็นหนี้บัตรเครดิตเข้าไปอีก คุณแอ๊ดกับผมนั่งจับมือกันที่หน้าบ้าน คุณแอ๊ดพูดว่าเรายอมให้แบ๊งค์ยึดเหอะ ถือว่าเราลงทุนทำการค้าแล้วขาดทุนไปล้านกว่าบาทแล้วกันนะ เราไปเช่าบ้านอยู่ก็แล้วกัน ผมบอกตกลงเพราะผมไม่อายเพราะเราไม่ได้คดโกงใคร และถ้าผมเรียกรับเงินผลประโยชน์ที่ติดมากับสำนวนคดีผมก็คงไม่เป็นหนี้
ผมออกไปช่วยเหลือชาวบ้าน ทำแต่งานที่ให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาคนอื่นช่วยงานโรงเรียน ช่วยให้เด็กได้มีความรู้สอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยเชิญอาจารย์จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยมาสอนเสริมให้นักเรียนทั้งจังหวัดภูเก็ต ไม่ค่อยได้พักผ่อน แต่มีเพื่อนคนหนึ่งซึ่งเป็นทนายความมันจับความรู้สึกของผมได้
อยู่ๆวันหนึ่งเขาก็ถามขึ้นมาเฉยๆว่า พี่ มีปัญหาอะไรหรือเปล่า ผมก็บอกว่ามี..แต่เอ็งช่วยไม่ได้หรอก มันก็บอกว่าก็บอกมาสิ เผื่อจะช่วยอะไรกันได้บ้าง พอรู้ว่าผมเป็นหนี้แบ๊งค์อยู่ประมาณ ๕๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท มันบอกว่าเรื่องเล็ก แล้วก็ไปพาพี่ๆที่ผมเคารพนับถือมาที่บ้านบอกให้พี่ๆเขาทราบ ท่านทราบไหมครับว่าอะไรเกิดขึ้น พี่สองท่านที่ไม่เคยขอร้องผมในเรื่องคดีแม้แต่ครั้งเดียวจนกระทั่งถึงปัจจุบัน คนหนึ่งควักเงินให้สองแสนบาท อีกคนหนึ่งควักให้สองแสนห้าหมื่นบาท ที่เหลือให้ไปช่วยตัวเอง ผมกับคุณแอ๊ดกราบขอบคุณเขา แต่บอกว่าขอให้ถือว่าผมยืมโดยไม่มีดอกเบี้ยก็แล้วกัน ผมไปเจรจากับแบ๊งค์ให้ลดยอดหนี้ ปรับโครงสร้างหนี้ใหม่ให้อยู่ในระดับที่เราผ่อนได้ ครอบครัวเราหายใจได้คล่องขึ้น และต่อมาก็ไปขอกู้อีกแบ๊งค์เป็นรีไฟแนนซ์ดอกเบี้ยก็ถูกลงไปอีก เหตุการณ์นี้เกิดขึ้นมาเป็นสิบปีแล้ว ผมคืนเงินไปให้พี่ท่านหนึ่งแล้ว ส่วนอีกท่านยังไม่ได้คืนเพราะยังไม่มี อิอิ (ส่วนน้องที่เป็นทนายเขาเสียชีวิตไปแล้ว)
เราช่วยกันหารายได้เพิ่ม คุณแอ๊ดทำขนมขาย (ถั่วเคลือบงา) โดยเรียนรู้ทางโทรศัพท์จากภรรยาของอัยการท่านหนึ่ง แล้วมาพัฒนาฝีมือเอาเองจนกระทั่งถั่วเคลือบของคุณแอ๊ดมีงาติดรอบเม็ดถั่ว(เป็นเทคนิคเฉพาะตัว) เราทำงานเป็นของที่ระลึกขายพวกนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติในราคาที่เราพอใจ แต่เขาเอาไปขายในราคาที่เขาพอใจ เชื่อไหมว่าถั่วเคลือบงา เราขายส่ง ๑๖ บาท แต่เขาเอาไปขาย ถึง ๔๕ บาท แถมขายดี ผมต้องไปแบกถั่วแบกงาเป็นถุงมาขึ้นรถให้คุณแอ๊ดไปทำขนม แล้วขับไปส่งลูกค้า ในที่สุดเราแก้วิกฤตของเราได้จากการช่วยเหลือของเพื่อน จากการสู้ของเราทั้งสองด้วยความเข้าใจกัน เราไม่เอาอารมณ์เสียมาใส่กันด้วยเรื่องเศรษฐกิจ
เราฝ่าวิกฤตกันมาได้ จนปัจจุบันเรามีความสุขกันในครอบครัวของเรา ลูกชายหญิงก็จบการศึกษาแล้ว ต่างมีงานทำแล้ว ชีวิตคนเป็นพ่อแม่เกือบสมบูรณ์แล้ว แต่หน้าที่ของความเป็นพ่อแม่ก็ยังคงมีต่อไปจนตลอดชีวิต
ถอดบทเรียนชีวิต
๑.เมื่อเกิดวิกฤต ครอบครัวต้องตั้งมั่นร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างมีสติ ไม่ใช่เอะอะก็ฆ่าตัวตาย
๒.ถ้าสิ่งที่ทำเป็นเรื่องความสุจริตก็อย่าอายที่จะทำ เป็นอัยการหากจะทำขนมขายไม่มีใครเขาว่าหรอก มีแต่ชาวบ้านเขาจะรู้สึกดีที่เราทำมาหากินโดยสุจริต
๓.บุญคุณคนต้องทดแทน แค้นต้องชำระ(ที่ใจของเรา)
๔.การทำความดี เป็นเรื่องต้องทำ การทำเพื่อผู้อื่นซึ่งเป็นเรื่องการให้ เมื่อถึงคราวลำบากจะมีคนเห็น หากเขาช่วยได้เขาช่วยแน่
๕.ทำงานใดก็ตามต้องทำอย่างจริงจังจึงจะเกิดความเชื่อถือ
๖.การที่เราไม่ยอมใช้ระบบอุปถัมภ์ในการสอบเข้า ทำให้เราสามารถใช้ระบบคุณธรรมในการทำงานได้อย่างไม่ต้องกลัวเกรง

ขอบคุณครับอุ้ย..ผมไม่ได้ทรนงอะไรหรอกครับ ไม่ใช่ผ้าขาว ผมก็มีเปื้อนบ้าง แต่เมื่อเราอายุแก่ตัวมากขึ้น เรารับรู้สิ่งเป็นไปในโลกมากขึ้น เราใคร่ครวญความถูกผิดมากขึ้น จึงเป็นตัวตนของเราในวันนี้ ผมทรนงเพราะไม่มีแผลให้ใครมาเปิด ความผิดพลาดในการทำงานมีบ้างแต่ไม่ได้เกิดจากการทุจริต หากจะถุกลงโทษบ้างก็ไม่เป็นไร(แต่ก็ยังไม่โดน) แต่ก็ได้แต่พร่ำสอนอัยการรุ่นหลังให้รักเกียรติศักดิ์ศรีของความเป็นอัยการ ให้สร้างชื่อเสียงในความเป็นผู้ที่อยู่ในกระบวนการยุติธรรมที่จะต้องให้ความยุติธรรมแก่ผู้คน สักวันหนึ่งสังคมเราจะดีขึ้นกว่านี้ครับ
