เมื่อวาน ๑ มิย. ๒๕๕๔ อาม่าได้หนังสีอ เิชิญประชุมและร่วมกิจกรรมของวุฒิอาสาฯ ในโครงการตามป้ายข้างล่าง ในวันที่ ๒ มิย. ๒๕๕๔ ณ วัดอาศรมธรรมทายาท(วัดหลวงตาแชร์) บ้านมอจะบก อ.สีคิ้ว ประธานฯ ได้เชิญเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติให้นำสื่อมาถ่ายวีดิทัศน์กิจกรรมของวุฒิฯ ในวันนี้พร้อมทั้งขอเงินสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่าย เป็นค่ารถ ค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยงและ ค่าอาหาร ค่าประชุมในการทำกิจกรรม อาม่าเพิ่งทราบจากที่ประชุมในวันนี้เอง ..งงมากๆ
และได้เชิญหน่วยงานต่างๆ ตามป้ายข้างล่าง เพื่อให้มีคนมาเยอะๆ แต่ที่เห็นใจมากๆ คือ ศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพ เขต ๕ จ.นครราชสีมา ที่อาม่าคุ้นเคย และโรงพยาบาลสีคิ้ว ที่มาในวันนี้ เพราะไม่ได้รับความสนใจจาก ผู้ที่มาร่วมกิจกรรมในวันนี้ เพราะไม่มีชาวบ้าน และเกษตรกรในพื้นที่และหมู่บ้านใกล้เคียงมาเลย คงมีแต่แขกที่ได้รับเชิญมาตามป้าย หนักหน่อยก็ ว.เกษตรและเทคโนโลยีสีคิ้ว ที่รับจ้างปลูกข้าวในท่อซีเมนต์วันนี้ แล้วก็ทำโดยที่ไม่มีการศึกษาการปลูกข้าวไร้สารพิษต้นเดี่ยวในท่อซีเมนต์ ความชัดเจนเรื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์ดิน ทั้งวิธีการปลูกข้าวต้นเดี่ยวเต็มท่อซีเมนต์ การดูแลรักษาต่อไป
ปลูกข้าวไร้สารพิษในท่อซีเมนต์ด้วยเหตุผลเพราะสามารถดูแลให้ปลอดสารพิษได้สะดวก และสามารถปลูกได้แม้ไม่มีดินที่จะปลูก โดยอ้างว่าใช้วิธีปลูกในท่อซีเมนต์แบบอาม่า ที่วุฒิอาสาหลายท่านเคยมาดูที่บ้าน และเคยเข้ารับฝึกอบรมการปลูกข้าวต้นเดี่ยวโดยใช้แหนแดงและปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ชีวภาพ ที่อาม่าจัดฝึกอบรมให้เกษตรกรบ้านใหม่อุดม อ.หนองบุญมาก และจัดฝึกอยรมอีกหลายหลักสูตรตามความต้องการของชุมชน เนื่องจากการทำงานของอาม่า คือการทำงานแบบจิตอาสา ทำแล้วมีความสุข โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนทางวิชาการ จากเทคโนธานี มาโดยตลอด อาม่าแค่จัดหาพันธุ์ข้าวพื้นเมืองที่คุณค่าทางอาหารสูง มีดัชนีน้ำตาลต่ำเหมาะสำหรับผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน และคนทั่วไป คือข้าวหอมมะลิแดง ที่อาม่าศึกษาค้นคว้ามานาน และเคยไปออกรายการไทยมุง ถ้าใครติดตามงานอาม่าก็คงรู้ว่า อาม่าสนใจเรื่องข้าวมานานแล้ว เมื่อวุฒิอาสาฯ จะทำโครงการฯ ที่วัดอาศรมธรรมทายาท และอยากได้พันธุ์ข้าวหอมมะลิแดง ไปปลูกเพื่อเป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โครงการส่งเสริมการปลูกข้าวไร้สารพิษในวงบ่อซีเมนต์ อาม่าก็ให้ไป พร้อมทั้งแนะนำวิธีการปลูกข้าวต้นเดี่ยว และการดูแล อย่างละเอียด แก่วุฒิฯ กลุ่มที่มารับพัันธุ์ข้าวและมาดูงานที่บ้านอาม่าแล้ว ไปเพาะกล้าเตรียมการเพื่อปลูกข้าวในท่อซีเมนต์ ที่ไปจ้างให้วิทยาลัยเกษตรฯ ไปดำเนินการ รวมค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าวัสดุปลูกข้าว และท่อซีเมนต์ เ็้ป็นเงิน หนึ่งหมื่นเจ็ดร้อยห้าสิบบาท โดยขอเก็บจากวุฒิอาสาฯทุกคนที่มาวันนี้ บางคนไม่ทราบมาก่อนว่าต้องสมทบทุนในครั้งนี้สร้างความอึดอัดใจให้กับหลายๆ คนมาก หลายคนบ่นบอกอาม่าว่าที่มาวันนี้ ต้องการมาพบอาม่า เพราะอยากเจอ อยากเรียนรู้เรื่องปลูกข้าวต้นเดี่ยว อาม่าก็บอกว่าอยากเรียนรู้ก็มาได้เสมอ บ้านอาม่าเป็นบ้านซ่อนความรู้ไว้เยอะแยะมาค้นหาได้ตลอด เหมือนเกษตรกรจากทั่วสารทิศเขามาหา มาแรกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และได้ แหนแดง พันธุ์ข้าว สมุนไพร ผลไม้ติดไม้ติดมือกลับไปทุกคน และทุกครั้ง เพราะยิ่งให้ยิ่งมีมากค่ะ
ผู้รับผิดชอบในการสอนปลูกข้าว……ว.เกษตร ฯสีคิ้ว ท่านบอกว่าเป็นลูกชาวนาไม่เคยดำนา วันนี้จะมาสอนวิธีปลูกข้าวต้นเดี่ยว นำกล้าที่เพาะในแผงดึงออกมา แล้วบอกว่ากล้าต้องเพาะ ๒๐ วัน เมื่อเอาดินน้ำใส่ท่อ ที่เตรียมไว้แล้ว ให้้แยกต้นกล้าเป็นต้นเดี่ยว จับแล้วปักดำให้ลึกสองนิ้ว ปลูกเป็นรูปสามเหลี่ยมเรื่อยๆ ให้ห่างหนึ่งคืบจนเต็มท่อเป็นอันเสร็จ ดังภาพและมีการถ่ายทำวิดิทัศน์วิธีปลูกไว้เผยแพร่ต่อไป ประธานวุฒิฯ มอบหมายให้ ว.เกษตรฯ เป็นคนดูแล ได้ยินเสียงตามหลังมาว่าดูแลอย่างไร?….ไม่เสียงตอบจากเจ้าของโครงการ หลังจากนั้นภาคบ่ายมีการประชุมต่อ ทางสภาพัฒน์ ถามว่าทางวุฒิฯ มีการลงไปช่วยชาวบ้านอย่างไร ทำอย่างไร และสร้างเครือข่ายเศรษฐกิบพอเพียงอย่างไร คุณหมอเจ้าของโครงการก็ลุกขึ้นตอบ พูดเรื่องสุขภาพ ของตัวเองแล้วการดูสุขภาพตัวเองแล้วสอนให้กินข้าวกล้อง หมอเป็นมะเร็งตอนนี้ดูแลรักษาโรคมะเร็งด้วยข้าวกล้อง และพืชผักปลอดสารพิษปลูกเอง(สั่งให้คนปลูกในที่ห่างไกล) ถามอย่างตอบอย่าง คนฟังก็ต้องฟัง ในที่สุดก็จบลงปิดประชุม แล้วเดินทางกลับคุณถนอมศรี ประธานวุฒิฯ ถามว่างานวันนี้เป็นอย่างไร เมื่อถามอ่าม่าก็บอกความจริง เสียงสะท้อนที่แท้จริง และการอ้างอิงวิธีปลูกข้าวต้นเดี่ยว ที่ไม่เคยศึกษาค้นคว้า แถมอ้างอิงว่าเป็นวิธีกาแบบอาม่า อ้างผิดๆแบบนี้ อาม่าก็แย่ซิ ต่อไปใครเขาจะเชื่อถืออาม่า ถ้าประธานวุฒิอาสาฯ อยากรู้ว่าการปลูกข้าวในท่อซีเมนต์ เป็นอย่างไร เวลามาส่งอาม่าก็แวะดูข้าวต้นเดี่ยวที่บ้านก็ได้ (เพราะท่านไม่ถนัดอ่านเวปบล็อก หรือใช้เฟสบุค )สำหรับเครือข่ายอาม่ามีทั่วประเทศแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กันในโลกไซเบอร์ตลอดอยู่แล้ว ไม่รู้แล้วชี้ทีหลังอย่าทำ มันหมดสมัยแล้ว คนสูงวัยที่เขามีคุณภาพมีเยอะค่ะ แต่มักไม่ออกนอกหน้าชอบทำงานติดทองหลังพระ เด็กรุ่นใหม่ก็มีทั้งคุณภาพและมีจิตอาสามากมาย อาม่าไม่ห่วง กลุ่มจิตอาสาของอาม่ามีเยอะ มีทั้งปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเป็นเพื่อนเป็นพวกพ้องกันทำงานช่วยเหลือกันมาตลอด มีนักวิชาการจิตอาสาสูงอีกเยอะที่อาสามาช่วยงานอาม่า ถึงเวลาเมื่อไหร่ได้ช่วยแน่ค่ะ

อาม่าทดลองปลูกไว้กี่ถังซีเมนต์คะ ต้องรดน้ำทุกวันเหมือนต้นไม้ทั่วๆไปหรือเปล่า คาดว่าผลผลิตต่อหนึ่งวงถังซีเมนต์จะประมาณสักเท่าไหร่คะ เพิ่งเป็นสมาชิกลานปัญญาไม่นาน ได้เข้ามาอ่านเรื่องนาสาธิตในถังซีเมนต์เพียงสองบล็อค จึงไม่ทราบว่าอาม่าได้เขียนรายละเอียดไว้ในบล๊อคอื่นบ้างแล้วหรือยัง จะได้กลับไปอ่านอีก สนใจค่ะ
ตอบแม่ใหญ่นะค่ะ ลองค้นข้อมูลในสารบันบันทึกของอ่ามาดูเขียนสอดแทรกไว้ในหลายๆ บันทึก และค้นในอินเตอร์เน็ตดูด้วยนะค่ะ
สำหรับการปลูกข้าวที่อามาปลูกที่บ้าน เป็นการจำลองนาข้าวไว้ในบ้าน เพื่อตอบโจทย์ว่าไม่มีที่ก็ปลูกข้าวได้ ทดลองปลูกในภาชนะรูปแบบต่างๆ แบบกระสุนนัดเดียวยิงนกได้หลายตัวค่ะ
๑. เพื่อศึกษาวิจัยรูปแบบกรณีย์ศึกษา ปลูกข้าวที่บ้าน ติดตามศึกษาเก็บข้อมูลด้วยตัวเองอย่างมีระบบที่เชื่อถือได้ และทำได้ตลอดเวลา หากมีอะไรเกิด ขึ้น ตามหลักการศึกษาสิ่งที่มีชีวิตมีการเปลียงตลอดเวลา หากมีผลกระทบภายนอกที่คาดไม่ถึง
๒. เพื่อพิสูจน์ การลดภาวะโลกร้อน โดยลดแก๊สมีเทนสู่บรรยากาศ ที่เป็นผลพวงการปลูกข้าวนาดำแบบดั่งเดิม
๓. ลดต้นทุนการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ น้ำ ดิน ที่เกินความจำเป็นในการทำนาดำตามวิถีดั้งเดิม
๔. ลดต้นทุนการผลิต ทั้งชีวิตและทรัพสินเงินทอง เป็นที่เชื่อถือได้
๔.๑ ลดต้นทุนค่าเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าว เพราะใช้น้อยมาก แค่เมล็ดพันธุ์ ๑ กก./๑ไร่ ที่มีผลงานวิจัยออกมาสนับสนุนแล้ว
๔.๒ ลดค่าปุ๋ยเพราะใช้ปุ๋ยจากธรรมชาติ(แหนแดงแดง) เป็นปุ๋ยมีชีวิตมีในธรรมชาติ ขยายพันธุ์ได้ง่ายมาก เธอที่เป็นนางฟ้าของต้นข้าวค่ะ
๔.๓ สร้างองค์ความรู้การการผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ชีวภาพที่เหมาะสมกับการปลูกข้าว และใช้ในปริมาณที่ข้าวต้องการจริงๆ ในแต่ละระยะการปลูก เหมือนเลี้ยงลูกค่ะแม่ใหญ่ ข้าวก็จะแข็งแรงมีภูมิต้านทานโรค
๕. เป็นการรักษาระบบห่วงโซ่อาหารตามธรรมชาติ
๖. ลดเวลา และค่าใช้จ่ายในการกำจัดวัชพืช เพราะไม่สามารถขึ้นได้ในแปลงนา
๗.แหนแดง เป็นอาหารที่ใช้เลี้ยงปลากินพืช เพราะมีโปรตีนสูงสามารถเลี้ยงปลาในแปลงนาได้ ยังใช้เป็นอาหารคนก็ได้ค่ะ คนโบรานเขาใช้ทำอาหารกินค่ะ
