จั่วหัวไว้อย่างนี้ คงทำให้หลายคนถึงกับเบือนหน้าหนี แต่มันคือสิ่งที่น่าสนใจเรียนรู้ต่อไปค่ะ อันที่จริงเราพูดถึงมนุษย์กับสิ่งแวดล้อม มาจนกลายเป็นแผ่นเสียงตกร่องมานานพอสมควร เรื่อง่ายๆ ใกล้ตัวลืมมอง แต่กลับไปฮือฮาตามกระแส ที่สื่อส่วนหนึ่งที่ส่งเข้ามาถึงทุกครัวเรือน แม้แต่ถึงห้องนอน ไม่ว่าอายุเท่าไหร่ ไม่มีละเว้น แต่การปฏิบัติจริงกลับไม่ใส่ใจ ทั้งที่ทุกครัวเรือนทำได้ไม่ยาก ยกตัวอย่างถุงพลาสติกที่ทิ้งเกลือนทั่วไป ทั้งที่ก็รู้อยู่ว่าถุงพลาสติกเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่ได้จากการผลิตน้ำมันจากปริโตเลียม ในทางกลับกันมันก็ย้อนกลับไปสู่ปริโตเลียม ที่กลั่นเป็นน้ำมันได้เช่นกัน เรื่องนี้ดูเหมือนมหาวิทยาลัยมหานคร ได้มีโรงการผลิตน้ำมันจากถุงพลาสติก ฯลฯ. ที่ใช้แล้ว เพราะฉะนั้นการใช้ และการนำกลับมาแปรรูปให้สมดุลกับการใช้ถุงพลาสติก ฯลฯ.ก็ไม่น่ารังเกียจกัน เพียงแต่ระวังผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกที่บรรจุอาหารทุกรูปแบบ ที่ควรกำกับดูแลให้มีมาตรฐาน ไม่ก่อให้เกิดผลร้ายต่อสุขภาพอย่างจริงจัง ส่วนพลาสติกทุกชนิดที่ใช้แล้วเปลี่ยนไปเป็นขยะที่มีค่า เพื่อนำไปใช้ผลิตน้ำมัน ที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้ในเครื่องยนต์ที่จำเป็นต่อวิถีชีวิตคนไทยอย่างเหมาะสม รัฐควรลงทุนสนับสนุน ถึงแม้การผลิตจะมีต้นสูง ให้มองถึงต้นทุนชีวิตที่รัฐต้องจ่ายผ่านกระทรวงสาธารณะสุข ทางด้านสุขภาพ และ รายการยาที่จ่ายแพงจากลิขสิทธิ์ และสิทธิบัตรยา การดูแลจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมผ่ากระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และสิ่งแวดล้อม การกำจัดขยะผ่าน องค์กรบริหารทุกระดับ ฯลฯ.ซึ่งเป็นงบประฒาณแผ่นดินมหาศาล จะเห็นได้ว่าการนำขยะพลาสติก ฯลฯ. ที่สามารถนำใช้ผลิตน้ำมัน เพิ่อใช้เองภายในประเทศ น่าจะได้รับการสนับสนุนอย่างสมเหตุเหตุผลยิ่ง มากกว่ามาตั้งงบประมาณมากมายในการกำจัด การดูสิ่งแวดล้อมการรักษาสุขภาพ ฯลฯ.
ชีวิตที่อยู่ภายใต้การชี้นำของสื่อที่ด้อยคุณภาพ ที่แข่งขันด้านผลประโยชน์ทางด้านธุรกิจ ละเลยไม่ใส่ใจข้อเท็จจริง ขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างแท้จริง ย่อมนำไปสู่ความเสี่ยงในทุกๆด้าน ปัจจุบันโรคภัยไข้เจ็บมันมากับความเจริญที่เข้ามาทุกด้านบนฐานของการแข่งขัน ด้านธุรกิจที่ปฏิเเสธได้ยากมาก ยกตัวอย่างง่ายๆ เรื่องการเกษตร ทั้งที่เราเป็นประเทศพื้นฐานทางด้านการเกษตร อุตสาหกรรมกรเกษตร อุสาหกรรมด้านอาหาร อุตสาหกรรมด้านการบริการ ล้วนแล้วแต่เป็นสิ่งดีๆ ทีธรรมชาติจัดสรรให้เรา แต่เราเรียกหาเชิญชวนพัฒนาอุสาหกรรมที่ประเทศที่เจริญแล้วเขาไม่ต้องการ ให้ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศเขา ถ้าจะอยู่ได้ก็ต้องเจอกับมาตรการเข้มงวดในการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกิดจากการ ผลิตจากอุตสหากรรมนั้นๆ จำเป็นต้องใช้เทคโนโลยีระดับสูง เพิ่มค่าใช้จ่ายมาก แต่ประเทศไทยกลับไปเชิญชวนให้มาตั้งโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องพึ่งพาเทคโนโลยี จากภายนอกเกือบทั้งสิ้น ให้เข้ามาลงทุนตั้งในประเทศมากมาย แถมส่งเสริมต่างๆ นานาจูงใจให้มา ผลพวงของนิคมอุตสาหกรรมที่เชิญชวนให้เข้ามา ก่อให้เกิดปัญญหาที่ยากจะแก้ไข เพราะความอ่อนแอของระบบการการใช้กฏระเบียบ พอจะใช้กฏเข้มงวด ทางโรงงาน ฯลฯ.ก็อ้างว่าจะย้ายฐานการผลิต…..
ชีวิตคนไทย ก็ควรกลับมาทบทวนสิ่งที่เหมาะที่ควรแก่การดำรงค์ชีวิตในภาวะเช่นนี้ น่าจะหันมาเตรียมความพร้อมเรื่องอาหาร ยารักษาโรคที่เป็นวิถีดั้งเดิม ที่เหมาะสมกับคนไทยอย่างมีเหตูมีผล แต่ก็ไม่ได้ปฏิเสธเทคโนโลยี่ ขอเพียงให้ใช้อย่างเหมาะสมและมีสติ แต่ก็ควรฟื้นฟูภูมิปัญญา องค์ความรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับเชื้อยสายเผ่าพันธุ์ที่มีอยู่ทั่วประเทศไทย
หลังจากยูเอนประกาศว่าสมุนไพรฟ้าทะลายโจรสมุนไพรไทย ใช้รักษาโรคไข้หวัด ๒๐๐๙ ได้ ทำให้ฟ้าทะลายโจรกลายเป็นดาราตัวเอกในพริบตา ทั้งๆ ที่ขาวบ้านบางกลุ่มใช้มานานแล้ว แต่ก็มีบางกลุ่มไม่ให้ความสำคัญกลับมองเป็นวัชพืชกำจัดออกไปจากผืนดินตัวเอง เพื่อปลูกพืชอื่นแทน แล้วขายไม่ได้เพราะทุกคนปลูกพืชอย่างเดียวกัน พอทราบว่ามีคุณค่ามากมายถึงกับต้องวิ่งหามาปลูกกันใหม่ ตอนนี้ก็หายากมากขึ้นเพราะกลุ่มที่มีเขาผลิตเป็นวัตถุดิบส่งออก และส่งแหล่งผลิตยาสมุนไพรภายในประเทศ นับเป็นโอกาศดี ที่ทุกหน่วยงานจะใช้วิกฤติโรคหวัด ๒๐๐๙ ระบาด ให้เป็นโอกาส ออกมาช่วยกันปัดฝุ่นภูมิปัญญาไทย ในการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพอย่างถูกต้อง ไม่อยากให้ตกเป็นเหยื่อของผู้ละโมภ กอบโกยจากเงินจากโรคนี้ ฉวยโอกาศสร้างความร่ำรวยบนความเจ็บป่วยบนความทุกข์ของคนไทยด้วยกัน
สำหรับตัวเองแล้วใช้สมุนไพรใกล้ตัว จนเป็นเรื่องปกติแต่ในรูปแบบสด โดยกินเป็นอาหารพืชผัก และหามาปลูกไว้ใช้ อย่างฟ้าทะลายโจรก็ เคยเขียนไว้ ตอนนี้นำมะรุมมาปลูก ด้วยสรรพคุณนั้นมากมายเหลือเกิน หลังจากได้กิ่งมะรุมมาปลูกแบบปักชำ ปรากฏว่าวันแรกหอยทากตัวโต หอยทากตัวกลมๆ ขนาดเล็ก แห่กันมารุมกินโต๊ะกิ่งมะรุมเป็นดังรูปข้างล่าง ที่เห็นเป็นสีจางๆ เนื่องจากเป็นร่องรอยแทะเปลือกกิ่งมะรุม ของพวกหอยทาก ซึ่งเปลือกจริงก็จะมีสีเข้มกว่าให้สังเกตุดูบริเวณที่ยังไม่ถูกแทะกิน
ร้อนใจมากจำต้องหาวิธีป้องกันไม่ให้หอยมารุมกินกิ่งมะรุมอีก ก็ได้ความรู้จากเพื่อนที่เป็นเจ้าของร้านขายก๋วยเตี๋ยวไก่ บอกว่าให้เอาขี้เถ้าโรยรอบโคนต้นหอยก็ไม่มากินกิ่งมะรุมแล้วครับ เพิ่งถึงบางอ้อ เป็นการใช้สารประเภทด่างจากชีวภาพ ควบคุมป้องกันชีวิตพืช โดยวิธีการง่ายๆ ที่เป็นภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน ไม่สร้างมลพิษทิ้งสารพิษ กลับเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ยอมรับว่าเป็นเรื่องใหม่สำหรับ Lin Hui ค่ะ ถึงอย่างไรก็ตามอยากจะนำมะพร้าวห้าวมาขายสวน เชื่อว่ามีอีกหลายคนที่ไม่รู้ค่ะ ได้ผลค่ะจริงๆ ค่ะ หลังจากโรยขี้เถ้ารอบโคนกิ่งมะรุมที่ปักชำถูกหอยทากรบกวนมาก่อน ไม่ปรากฏว่าหอนทากทั้งน้อยใหญ่หายไป ไม่ต้องเป็นภาระทีต้องช่วยเก็บทิ้งไปเหมือนเมื่อวันก่อนค่ะ จากนั้นแล้ว ทำการก็จดผลการทดลองว่าจะมีผลนานแค่ไหนแล้วจะมาเล่าให้ฟังในโอกาสต่อไปค่ะ
มะรุมกิ่งใหญ่หลังปักชำเมื่อวันที่ ๒๙ กค. ที่ผ่านมา ปรากฏว่าแตกยอดอ่อนให้เห็นค่ะ กิ่งนี้ปักตรงส่วนอีกกิ่งปักแบเฉียง เพื่อเปรีบยเทียบดูการงอก และอัตราการเจิญเติบโตค่ะ เป็นการเรียนรู้ด้วยการปฏิบัติลงมือทำด้วยตัวเองค่ะ

ปีที่แล้วมีหอยขึ้นที่ต้นยาง เดินลาดตระเวณไปตามหน้ายาง คงจะกินน้ำยางพาราไปด้วย มีเพื่อนชาวสวนด้วยกันมาถามว่า จะเอาอะไรไปไล่หอยพวกนี้ได้บ้าง ผมก็จนปัญญา แต่พอมองดูพวกหอยที่มาเดินบนต้นยาง หน้ายางแล้ว ผมคิดว่าคงมากินน้ำยาง ส่วนเปลือกต้นยาง หรือรอยกรีดยางนั้น จะแข็งจนหอยไม่สามารถกัดกินได้ง่ายๆเหมือนเปลือกมะรุม ปัญหาของคนกรีดยางอีกอย่างคือ ตัวทาก ซึ่งมากับวัวชาวบ้านที่เอามาเลี้ยงในสวนยาง เวลาไปเ็ก็บยาง จะโดนหอยทากมาดูดเลือด คนกรีดยางจะเอาผ้าชุบ แอมโมเนีย พันไว้ที่รองเท้า พอตัวทาง มาเกาะ โดนด่างจากแอมโมเนีย ก็หลุดไปเลยครับ
