น้องรัตน์จะอธิบาย และสาธิตการเพาะกล้าในกะบะทุกขั้นตอนอย่างละเอียด จากนั้นก็นำเครื่องปักดำลงแปลงนาเพื่อทำการปักดำให้เกษตรกรดู
ทีมงานของอาม่ากำลังช่วยน้องรัตน์ เอาเครื่องปักดำลงแปลง ใช้วิธีถอยหลังลงค่ะ
ระดับน้ำในแปลงสูงเกินไปต้องระบายออกให้พอดีในการปักดำ ถ้าน้ำมากเกินไปต้นข้าวบางส่วนจะหลุดลอยได้ค่ะ ต้องช่วยปักดำแซม ถ้าเราเตรีมดินให้น้ำแค่ปิ่มๆ หน้าดินก็พอแล้วค่ะ เครื่องปักดำจะทำงานได้สะดวกค่ะ

สร้างความสุขให้เจ้าของนามากค่ะ และรับปากว่าพรุ่งนี้ จะพ่นสมุนไพรป้องกันหอยเชอรี ตามขั้นตอนป้องกันและกำจัดหอยเชอรี และปูนาที่พบอยู่ในแปลงนาค่ะ ถ้าเป็นไปได้ต้องดักไข่หอยเชอรีก่อนปล่อยน้ำเข้าแปลงนาค่ะ หลังจากนี้ หนึ่งอาทิตย์ให้ฉีดสมุนไพรบำรุงรากข้าวให้แข็งแรงจะได้หาอาหารกินทางรากได้เองค่ะ ผลิตภัณฑ์ทุกชนิดจากสมุนไพร ทีมงานอาม่าจัดให้ทั้งหมดตลอดฤดูกาลนี้ค่ะ

เยี่ยมจริงๆ ครับพี่อาม่า ทั้งภาพ แสง สี คำอธิบายประกอบ
ผมใคร่ขอทราบข้อมูลเชิงลึกประกอบการพิจารณาว่า ถ้าผมเป็นชาวนาผมจะซื้อเครื่องคูโบต้านี้ดีไหม เช่น
1) ค่าทำเทือกเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการใช้เครื่องนี้มีราคาเพิ่มกว่าปกติเท่าไร สังเกตว่าแปลงนาที่เห็นในรูปใหญ่ ประมาณ 10 ไร่ และเรียบมาก ส่วนนาไทยมักเล็กๆ ไม่ค่อยเรียบ และมีขนาดเพียงประมาณ 1 ส่วน 4 ไร่ (หรือ 1 งานเท่านั้น) ถ้าใช้เครื่องนี้ อาจเสียหายมากตรงจุดเลี้ยวตัวตรงหัวมุมคันนา
2) ค่าเตรียมกล้าเป็นแผ่นมีราคาสูงกว่าปรกติเท่าใด
3) ค่ารถปักดำ มีราคาเท่าใด และ ทุ่นแรง ทุ่นเงิน เท่าใด
4) การคิดค่าทุ่นแรงในข้อสามนั้น ขอให้คิดด้วยว่า เครื่องนี้จะใช้ได้ในเวลาเพียงประมาณ 1 เดือนเท่านั้น (ไม่ได้ใช้ทั้งปี) อีก 11 เดือนจะต้องจอดไว้เฉยๆ
5) อัตราการปักดำ มีข้าวล้ม ข้าวตาย ร้อยละเท่าใด
ทั้งหมดนั้น น่าจะสรุปที่สุดได้ว่า เดิมชาวนาอีสานไทยโดยเฉลี่ยมีนา 5 ไร่ ทำนาแล้วได้กำไรสุทธิเฉลี่ยประมาณ ไร่ละ 1500 บาท เมื่อใช้เครื่องปักดำนี้แล้ว จะทำให้ชาวนาได้กำไรมากขึ้นเท่าไร หรือสบายมากขึ้นเท่าไร
ผมเชื่อว่าทีมงานวิจัยคูโบต้าเขาคงได้ข้อมูลแล้วว่า การใช้เครื่องนี้ชาวนาจะมีกำไรเพิ่มขึ้นกว่าเดิม ไม่เช่นนั้น เขาคงไม่กล้าเอาออกมาทำการตลาด แต่ผมอยากทราบว่ากำไรกว่าเดิมเท่าไรต่อไร่ (ผมจะได้ทำแข่ง เพื่อให้โลกเจริญกว่าเดิม เพราะการแข่งขันเป็นเรื่องสำคัญในวันนี้ ถ้าผมแข่งสู้ไม่ได้ จะได้ไปหาเรื่องอื่นทำ…หรือไม่ก็ไม่สมัครเป็นพนักกงานคูโบต้าเสียเลย ยอมรับสภาพว่าแข่งสู้ไม่ได้จริงๆ ตามคติฝรั่งว่า If you can’t beat them, joint them.)
ผมดูสภาพแล้ว ชาวนารายย่อยคงไม่สามารถซื้อเครื่องนี้ได้แน่นอน คงต้องเป็นชาวนารายใหญ่เกิน 50 ไร่ขึ้นไป ส่วนรายย่อยคงต้อง จ้างต่อไร่ เหมือนกับจ้างไถ ไร่ละ 500 จ้างเกี่ยวไร่ละ 500 แต่จ้างดำด้วยเครื่องนี้ไร่ละเท่าไร พี่อาม่าช่วยสรุปหาข้อมูลให้ผมด้วยครับ
เคยนั่งรถควัยยุ่นแต่เหนือจรดใต้นานมาแล้ว เห็นชาวนายุ่นใช้เครื่องนี้กันระงมทั้งประเทศ คาดว่าสักวันไทยเราคงได้ใช้แน่ วันนี้พี่อาม่าเอามาให้เห็นเป็นรูปธรรม ถึงการก้าวกระโดดแห่งการทำนาของไทย ขอบพระคุณจริงๆ ครับ
ขอบคุณวิศวกรพี่ยุ่นด้วย ที่คิดค้นเครื่องนี้ขึ้นมา มันคงดีพอควร ไม่งั้นชาวนาญี่ปุ่นไม่ใช้กันทั้งประเทศหรอก เสียแต่ว่าราคาข้าวญี่ปุ่นมันแพงที่สุดในโลก และรัฐบาลอัดเงินประกันราคายิ่งกว่าไทยร้อยเท่าได้กระมัง
ของไทยเราตอนนี้ประกันให้กำไรเพิ่ม 1000 บาท ต่อไร่ (ซื้อเสียงชาวนา) ซึ่งเงินขนาดนี้ซื้อข้าวสวยเปล่าญึ่ปุ่นได้เพียง 2 จานเท่านั้นเอง
ยอดเยี่ยมครับ
ข้อคิด
1- การทำนาแบบนี้ต้องมีการวางแผนดี
2- ต้องเป็นนาในเขตชลประทาน หรือที่นาที่สามารถควบคุมปริมาณน้ำได้ จะเอาน้ำออก เอาน้ำเข้าเท่าไหร่ก็ได้ตามที่วิชาการแนะนำ
3- ราคาเครื่องยนต์นั้นอาจจะแพงอย่างที่ อ.วิทย์ กล่าว แต่ปัจจุบัน อบต.หลายแห่งซื้อเครื่องจักร์เครื่องยนต์ให้เกษตรกรในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบใช้ นัยว่าหาเสียงไปด้วย (แต่ที่เห็นย้อมแมวมาก็มี อิอิ หนีไม่พ้นเรื่องเดิมๆ)
4- การเตรียมดินต้องดี นั่นหมายถึงครอบครัวนั้นต้องมีแรงงาน หรือมีทุนจัดการเรื่องนี้
5- การติดตามหลังปักดำแล้วเป็นเรื่องใหญ่ที่ต้องขยันดูแลการเจริญเติบโต ต้องสังเกตุความผิดปกติ และมีกลุ่มชาวนาที่ปรึกษาหารือกันในเรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่างๆ แน่นอนที่สุด วิชาการต้องเข้ามาเสนอได้ทันที ที่เรียกระบบ visiting and coaching system
6- หากจะให้ก้าวหน้ามากๆต้องเอาแบบพ่อแสนดงหลวง คือ เอาเทอร์โมมิเตอร์แบบสองระบบที่เรียกแบบกระเปาะเปียกและแห้งมาติดกับเถียงนาใกล้ๆแปลงนา แล้วเกษตรกรเเเจ้าของแปลงนาต้องมาดูทุกวัน หากอยู่ใกล้บ้านก็ดูสามเวลาเลย เช้า กลางวัน เย็น ตลอดไป แล้วจดบันทึก เช่นวันนี้ 25 เวลาเช้า มีหมอกลงนิดหน่อย เที่ยง 38 องศา เหงื่อออก มีผีเสื้อบินผ่านมามาก เย็น 32 องศา ฝนตกวัดปริมาณได้ ….. สถิติพวกนี้มีประโยชน์มากๆสำหรับเกษตรกรก้าวหน้า ปรอทสองกระเปาะนั้น กระเปาะที่หนึ่งเป็นองศาเซลเซียส อีกกระเปาะวัดความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ ราคาแค่ 120 บาทเอง สถิติพวกนี้จะไปสัมพันธืกับปรากฏการณ์ต่างๆในแปลงนา และเป็นการติดตามกิจกรรมที่เราทำลงไปในแปลงนา เช่นใส่ปุ๋ยชีวภาพลงไปแล้วสามวันมีใบเขียวผิดปกตื ก็บันทึกไว้ เรื่องนี้เป็นการยากมากที่เกษ๖รกรจะบันทึก แต่หากให้ลูกหลานช่วย พ่อแม่จดคร่าวๆ ให้ลูกหลานจดละเอียดลงในสมุดที่ทำเตรียมไว้
7-กระบวนการ visiting and coaching นั้นเป็นหน้าที่ของผู้รู้ซึ่งหมายถึงเกษตรตำบล เกษตรกอำเภอ นักวิชาการเกษตรต่างๆ หรือชาวนาผู้มีประสบการณ๋มาช่วยกันเยี่ยมกันแลกเปลี่ยนการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละช่วง
8- ผลที่เคยทำที่เขื่อนลำปาวนั้น เกษตรกรชอบใจมาก และเลิกไปขับแท๊กซี่กรุงเทพฯ กลับมาทำนา ยิ่งราคาข้าวดีดีตามที่รัฐบาลใหม่โฆษณา ผมว่าคนจะกลับมาทำนากันเยอะนะครับ
ให้กำลังใจทุกท่านครับ
ชาวนาไทย เฉลี่ย มีนาห้าไร่ กำไรไร่ละ 1500 รายได้เฉลีย (per capita gdp ในครอบครัวที่มีลูกสองคน) คือ 1875 บาทต่อคนปี ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ “ยากจน” ของ ยูเอ็นไปอักโข
เป็นใครไทยเฉลี่ยก็คงไม่แคล้วทิ้งนาไร่ ไปเป็นขี้ข้าเขาดีกว่า ขี้หมูหมาได้เดือนละ 5000 ปีละ 6 หมื่น สองคนผัวเมียได้ แสนสอง

จากนี้ไป ผมทำนายว่า นาไทยจะใหญ่ขึ้น เพราะเราจะทำนาเพื่อเงินมากกว่าเพื่อดำรงวิถีชีวิต ก็ต้องคำนวณกันมากหน่อย ถึงทศนิยมตำแหน่งที่สองเป็นอย่างน้อย
ชาวนายุคใหม่ ยุคค่าแรงสูงและขาดแคลนแรงงาน ต้องใช้เครื่องจักรช่วยครับ จึงจะอยู่ได้อย่างยั่งยืน….สาธุ สาธุ กับงานของอาม่าคร๊าบ

เห็นด้วยกับพี่หมีใหญ่ครับ ทางเลือกของเกษตรกรในปัจจุบันมีสองเรื่องในส่วนแรงงานคือ จ้างแรงงานราคาถูกมาทำ เช่นภาคเหนือจ้างแรงงานพม่า ชายแดนตะวันออกจ้างแรงงานเขมร แต่มีความเสี่ยงระดับหนึ่งในเรื่องผลทางสังคมอื่นๆ แีกอย่างคือใช้เครื่องจักร์เข้ามาเสริมแรงงาน ซึ่งปัจจุบันก็เดินทางนี้ แม้จะทำให้ต้นทุนสูงขึ้น แต่เราไปลดต้นทุนทางอื่น เช่น ไม่ใช่ปุ๋ยเคมี ทำปุ๋ยชีวภาพ และเน้นการหาวิธีเพิ่มผลผลิต
