พระมหามณดป วัดไตรมิตรวิทยาราม วรวิหาร ที่แสนงดงามตระการตา ยามค่ำคืน ภาพนี้ถ่ายจากหนังที่ได้รับแจก ใชเทคนิคปรับแสงไฟด้าหลังให้สว่าง จะแตกต่างกับรูปในหนังสือ ส่วนภาพล่างเป็นชั้นบนของมหามณดป คือชั้นที่สี่ ไม่สามารถ่ายให้สมบูรณ์ครบทุกชั้นในภาพๆ เดียวได้ ตอนไปถึงเป็นช่วงบ่ายๆ ซึ่งการจราจรคับคั่ง เพราะมีผู้คนมากมายทั้งชาวไทยชาวต่างชาติ มากราบไหว้ พระพุทธมหาสุวรรณปฏิมากร ที่ประดิษฐานอยู่บนชั้นสูงที่สุดในชั้นที่สี ของพระมหามณดป
ผู้คนที่มากราบไหว้ ฯ จะต้องถอดลองเท้าใส่ถุงพลาสติก(ถุงกอ็ปแก๊บ)และต้องหิ้วติดตัวไป เพื่อป้องกันรองเท้าหาย ทางวัดจะจัดถุงไว้ให้ที่ทางขึ้นบันไดชั้นล่างสุดด้านซ้ายมือ เวลาลงต้องลงทางบันไดด้านขวามือ แล้วต้องคืนถุงใส่เลงข่ง ที่เจ้าหน้าที่จัดไว้ให้ทีหน้าบันไดชั้นล่างสุด
คณะสว.จากที่ราบสูงโคราช มุ่งขึ้นไปกราบพระ ทำบุญที่ชั้นสี่ก่อนชั้น เพื่อเป็นศิริมงคล เนื่องจากพระพุทธมหาสุวรรณปฏิมากร (หลวงพ่อทองคำ) ประดิษฐานอยู่ในมหามณดปชั้นสี่ เป็นพระพุทธรูปปางมารวิชัย ศิลปสุโขทัย สร้างด้วยทองคำเนื้อเจ็ดน้ำสองขา เคยมมีปูนพอกทับ และลงรักปิดทอง ต่อมาเกิดเหตุการณ์ปูนกะเทาะ ทำให้องค์พระพุทธรูปทองคำที่ซ่อนอยู่ภายในปรากฏออกมา ได้รับการบัณทึกในกินเนสส์บุค ว่าเป็น “ปูชนียวัตถุที่มีมูลค่าสูงที่สุดในโลก”(ข้อมูลจากหนังสือพระมหามณดป)
ทางวัดจะจัดผ้าไตร และพวงมาลัยดอกดาวเรืองเป็นชุด ไว้บริการให้ผู้ที่ประสงค์ทำบุญถวายผ้าไตร ถวายพระพุทธมหาสุวรรณาปฏมากร หลินฮุ่ย และหมียักษ์ ทำบุญถวายผ้าไตร คนละชุด และไปทำบุญถวายปัจจัยเป็นเงินค่าน้ำค่าไฟ ด้วยเหตุที่ว่าทุกวัดมีค่าใช้จ่ายค่าน้ำค่าไฟเป็นประจำทุกเดือน เพื่อช่วยเหลือทางวัด ซึ่งก็มักจะทำบุญแบบนี้เสมอๆ ค่ะ
การทำบุญ ถือศีล และภาวนา คือการล้างบาป ในช่วงนี้ศีลจะบริสุทธิ์ เราตั้งจิตอุทิศส่วนกุศลแผ่เมตตา จะมีพลังมากค่ะ
เราจะบริสุทธิ์ แจ่มใส เบิกบาน ทั้งกายวาจาใจ ทำอะไรกล่าววาจาอะไร ให้ศีลให้พรให้พรใครย่อมมีพลัง บริสุทธฺืผุดผ่อง ผู้รับก็จะเบิกบานใจค่ะ
