แต่ทว่า…..การยอมรับสภาพปวดเมื่อยนั้น ด้วยความรู้สึกปวดเมื่อยจริงๆ มันรู้สึกอยู่ได้ไม่นาน มันไม่ได้ปวดเมื่อยตลอดไป มันค่อยๆ บรรเทาไปเอง แล้วก็มีความรู้สึกอย่างอื่นขึ้นมาใหม่ เช่น ถูกยุงกัด

แม้จะไม่ได้เกา…..ไม่ได้หมายความว่า
