มาทำอาหารป้องกันหวัดกันกินกันเถอะเถอะ วันนี้ขอแนะนำอาหารจานเดียวที่ครบห้าหมู่ค่ะ คือข้าวผัดสมุนไพร ข้าวที่ใช้ผัดวันนี้ ใช้ข้าวกล้องข้าวก่ำทางเหนือผสมข้าวหอมมะลิจากทุ่งกุลาร้องให้ ในอัตตราส่วน 1 : 2 นำมาหุงให้สุกก่อน นาไปผัดค่ะ
วิธีหุงข้าว ให้นำข้าวก่ำฯ ที่ซาวน้ำแล้วใส่ในหม้อหุงข้าวไฟฟ้าหนึ่งถ้วย ใส่น้ำสะอาด 3 ถ้วย ปิดฝาหม้อกดสวิตไฟ รอข้าวเดือดให้เปิดฝาหม้อ รอจนข้าวเริ่มนิ่มให้เติมข้าวหอมมะลิที่ซาวน้ำแล้ว 2 ถ้วย คนให้ทั่วให้ข้าวทั้งสองชนิดปนกันอย่างสม่ำเสมอทั่วหม้อ รอจนน้ำ้งวดลงให้ปิดฝาหมอ รอจนกว่าข้าวสุกจะมีกลิ่นหอมมาก จากนั้นให้ตักข้าวในปริมาณที่ต้องการ ใส่จานทิ้งให้เย็นเม็ดข้าวจะเรียงตัว เป็นเมล็ดสวย จึงนำมาทำข้าวผัดสมุนไพรได้น่ารับประทานค่ะ
ข้าวผัดสมุนไพรจานนี้ ความจริงก็เหมือนข้าวผัดกะเพรานี้เอง เพียงแต่เพิ่มหอมใหญ่หั่นเป็นลูกเต๋าชิ้นเล็กๆ แครอตหั่นขนาดเท่าหอมใหญ่ เห็ดเข็มทองหั่นให้ได้ขนาดใกล้เคียงหอมใหญ่ ถ้าไม่ทานเนื้อสัตว์ไม่ต้องใส่เนื้อสัตว์ก็ได้ ใส่ใบกะเพราเยอะๆ เพิ่มโปรตีนด้วยไข่ดาว ผักสลัด และแตงกวาค่ะ เป็นอาหารจานเดียวที่มีอาหารครบทั้งห้าหมู่ แถมป้องกันหวัดได้ด้วยค่ะ ทานร้อนๆ นะคะ ไม่ต้องใช้ช้อนกลาง เพราะจานใครจานมันค่ะ ขอให้ทุกคนรักษาสุขภาพอย่างสม่ำเสมอทั่วหน้ากันนะคะ
