อาม่าได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เติมเต็มความช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน สามฝ่าย ระหว่างฝ่ายเกษตรกร ที่มีคุณพิสิษฐ์ นาคำกรรมการฝ่ายเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง หอการค้าจังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นตัวแทน เกษตรกร ตามโครงการ เกษตรพอเพียง ๑ไร่ ๑ แสน ฝ่ายเอกชน(บริษัทคูโบต้า) มีคุณธึระพัฒน์ วรรณารักษ์และคุณกิตติพงษ์ บุญประการเป็นตัวแทน ฝ่ายวิชาการ มี อ.แพนด้า และอาม่าเป็นตัวแทน แต่อาม่าเป็นตัวแทนเกษตรบ้านใหม่อุดม อ.หนองบุญมากอีกด้วยค่ะ
เป้าหมายสูงสุดคือยกระดับเกษตร ให้เหมือนเกษตรของญี่ปุ่น และเกาหลี เกษตรกรคุณภาพ(ในความคาดหวังของน้องต้นกล้าและอาม่า) คือการทำเกษตรอินทรีย์ ที่มีคุณภาพ แบบผสมผสาน แบบประณีต ทำเกษตรพอเพียง ๑ ไร่ ๑ แสน เพื่อสนองพระราชดำริ ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เฉลิมฉลองในวโรกาส ที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวมีพระชนมายุ ๘๔ พรรษา ๕ ธันวามคม ๒๕๕๔
จึงเกิดความร่วมมือสามฝ่าย คือเอกชนเข้ามาช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้และการใช้เทคโนโลยี่ที่เหมาะ สมกับพื้นที่ ไม่เกินความจำ ผสมผสานการร่วมแรงร่วมใจของเกษตรกร ที่ร่วมมือกันวางแผนและลงแรงด้วยกัน โดยมีนักวิชาการคอยเป็นตัวกลางประสานและย่อยองค์ความรู้ให้เหมาะกับเกษตรที่ สามารถปรับใช้ได้อย่างแท้จริง ตลอดจนเป็นพี่เลี้ยงคอยให้ความช่วยเหลือ เมื่อเกิดปัญหาที่เกินกำลังของเกษตรกรจะแก้ไขได้ด้วยตัวเอง ก็นำนักวิชาการผู้เชี่ยวแต่ด้านจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี เข้ามาช่วยแก้ไขให้ทันท่วงทีค่ะ เป็นการทำการเกษตรพอเพียง เป็นการสร้างความมั่นคงให้อาชีพเกษตรอย่างภาคภูมิใจค่ะ
