น้ำตาร่วง…โรงเรียนพ่อแม่ นครสวรรค์; วันแรก…
ในระหว่างวันที่ 6 – 9 พฤศจิกายน 2551 ได้เข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์ “โรงเรียนพ่อแม่” ตามโครงการสร้างทางชีวิตใหม่ ให้ครอบครัวอบอุ่น รุ่นที่ 3 ณ ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาสุขภาพภาคประชาชนภาคเหนือ จ.นครสวรรค์ จัดโดย องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ร่วมกับศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว จ.นครสวรรค์ จำนวนผู้เข้ารับการอบรม 30 ครอบครัว
· เยาวชน(ลูก) จำนวน 31 คน (ชาย 27 หญิง 3 คน บอกว่าเป็นหญิงอีก 1 คน)
· ผู้ปกครอง(พ่อแม่) จำนวน 31 คน
กระบวนกร จากสถาบันขวัญเมือง มูลนิธิสังคมวิวัฒน์
· ห้องเยาวชน(ห้องของลูก)จำนวน 5 คน (มีเยาวชนรุ่นที่ 2 มาช่วยงาน 2 คน) รวมเป็น 7 คน
· ห้องผู้ปกครอง(พ่อแม่) จำนวน 5 คน
มีการแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ห้อง คือ ห้องพ่อแม่ และห้องของลูกo พักรับประทานอาหารกลางวัน….
ในครั้งนี้ นักการอิ่มเข้า “ห้องของลูก”
“แว่บแรก ที่เห็นเด็ก ๆ ถึงกับน้ำตาคลอ… ลำคอตีบตัน…เกิดอะไรขึ้นหนอ….”
· วันที่แรก (6 พฤศจิกายน 2551)
o ช่วงที่ 1 เริ่มต้นด้วยพิธีเปิดของหน่วยงานผู้จัด
o เวลา 10.30 แยกย้ายพ่อแม่ และลูก อยู่คนละห้อง ในครั้งนี้ สมัครใจ อยู่ห้องของลูก เพราะว่า ยังไม่เคยเป็นแม่
o ใน “ห้องของลูก” กระบวนกรเริ่มต้นได้ในเวลา 11.00 น. “พี่น้อง” ทำหน้าที่กระบวนกรคนแรก ได้เชื้อเชิญให้เด็ก ๆ เข้ามาใกล้ๆ พี่น้องที่สุด เท่าที่ จะใกล้ได้ และขอให้น้อง ๆ ไว้วางใจ กระบวนกร ได้แสดงให้เห็นว่า ยืนอยู่ข้างเด็ก ไม่ขอให้เด็ก ๆ เปลี่ยนแปลง
o ต่อจากนั้น ได้มีการแนะนำ น้อง ๆ เยาวชนรุ่นที่ 2 จำนวน 2 คน ที่มาช่วยงาน คือน้องมิ้น กับน้องอ๋อ และแนะนำทีมกระบวนกร คือ พี่น้อง พี่เอก พี่สุ พี่อ้อ และพี่นุช
o พี่สุได้มีการบอกกติกาการอยู่ร่วมกัน และ นำเล่นเกม เพื่อเป็นการ Ice breaking ในครั้งนี้ใช้เกม “เป่า ยิง ฉุบ” แต่ท่าทีของเด็ก ๆ ยังเกร็ง ๆ อยู่ กระบวนกรเลยให้มีการจัดกลุ่ม Home base จำนวน 6 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 5 คน และมีพี่เลี้ยงประจำกลุ่ม หลังจากนั้นก็ได้มีการทำกิจกรรม Ice breaking อีกครั้ง โดยใช้เกม “มังกรคาบหาง”…เกมนี้เด็ก ๆ รู้สึกสนุกขึ้น แต่พี่เลี้ยงแย่ไปตาม ๆ กัน เพราะเป็นเกมที่จะต้องใช้ความเร็ว ในการวิ่งหนี และวิ่งไล่
o ต่อจากนั้น กระบวนกรให้เด็ก ๆ แยกย้ายเข้า Home base และเขียนชื่อเล่นตัวเอง ลงในป้ายชื่อ พร้อมกับให้แต่งสีสันตามใจชอบ พี่เลี้ยง ทำหน้าที่ในการชวนเด็ก ๆ คุย ถึงความรู้สึก ความกังวลใจ และเรื่องราวของตนเอง เพื่อให้สนิทสนมกัน แต่กิจกรรมนี้ก็ยังไม่ประสบความสำเร็จนัก เด็ก ๆ ยังไม่ไว้วางใจพอที่จะพูดคุย
o กระบวนกรให้โจทย์ต่อ โดยให้การตั้งชื่อกลุ่ม Home base ไม่เกิน 3 พยางค์ แต่ละกลุ่มได้ชื่อดังนี้ S&T (มาจากซอยตัน), Freedomครับ, รักกันครับ, คิกขุจัง, S&P และอาโนเนะ
o ช่วงที่ 2 เด็ก ๆ เข้าห้องกันค่อนข้างจะตรงเวลา กระบวนกรเริ่มต้นด้วยกิจกรรม “ผ่อนพักตระหนักรู้” ให้เด็ก ได้พักผ่อน ประมาณ 40 นาที … พอตื่นขึ้นมา เด็ก ๆ ส่วนใหญ่ ยังทำหน้าเหมือนยังนอนไม่เต็มอิ่มเลย กระบวนกร เลยพาออกกำลังกายเล็ก ๆ
o กระบวนกร นำให้เข้าสู่ กลุ่ม Home base และให้เด็ก ๆ แต่ละคน อยู่กับตัวเอง รำลึกถึงช่วงชีวิตที่ผ่านมา โดยให้มีการฉีกกระดาษ หรือทำอะไรกับกระดาษเอสี่ ที่แจกไป ตามอารมณ์ ความรู้สึกในแต่ละช่วงเวลาที่รำลึกถึง หลังจากนั้นให้เด็ก ๆ ในกลุ่ม Home base เล่าให้เพื่อนฟัง
o กระบวนกรต่อด้วยการให้ เด็ก ๆ เดินอย่างไร้ทิศทาง ใคร่ครวญ ถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ปล่อยตัวเอง อยู่ในห้วงคำนึง ท่ามกลางแสงสลัว และบทเพลงบรรเลงที่บางเบา สักครู่ก็ให้เด็ก ๆ จับคู่กันพูดคุย เล่าเรื่องราวเหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้เข้ามา ณ ที่นี่ และเพิ่มเป็น 4 คน…ช่วงนี้ เริ่มเห็นน้ำตามที่ไหลริน…จากใบหน้าน้องชุ สาวอายุ 18 และน้องเฟิร์น สาวน้อยอายุ 15…น้องชุบอกว่า ไม่ได้อยู่กับพ่อแม่ ใช้ชีวิตอยู่กับเพื่อนที่นครสวรรค์ ติดเพื่อน ส่วนพ่อแม่อยู่กรุงเทพฯ พ่อแม่ไม่ใคร่ชอบกลุ่มเพื่อนของน้องชุนัก บอกว่าเป็นคนไม่ดี สักวันชุจะต้องเสียเพราะเพื่อน..แล้วก็เป็นจริง ชุ เริ่มอยากลองยา เป็นครั้งแรก…รับมาแล้ว..ยังไม่ทันลอง..ก็มาถูกจับเสียก่อน…เพื่อนหายไปหมด ไม่เคยมาเยี่ยมเธอเลย… ส่วนน้องเฟิร์น เป็นฝาแฝด กับน้องเฟิร์ส..เข้ามาด้วยเหตุการณ์ทะเลาะวิวาทกับเพื่อน…
o ช่วงที่ 3 กระบวนกร ถ่ายทอด แนวคิดของชนเผ่า ในเรื่อง “ผู้นำสี่ทิศ” และให้เด็ก ๆ ไปนั่ง ณ ทิศ ที่คิดว่าแสดงถึงความเป็นตัวเค้ามากที่สุด และถ่ายทอดให้เพื่อน ๆ ฟังว่า ทำไมเค้าถึงคิดว่า ทิศนี้ คือ “ใช่เลยสำหรับเค้า”
o หลังจากนั้น ก็กลับมาที่กลุ่ม Home base กระบวนกรแจกกระดาษเอสี่ ให้โจทย์ว่าให้ใช้สีเป็นสัญลักษณ์ แทนแต่ละทิศ สีแดง คือกระทิง สีดำ คือหนู สีเขียวคือหมี และสีฟ้า คืออินทรี แล้วแบ่งดูว่า ภายในพื้นที่วงกลมวงหนึ่ง ที่สมมติว่า เป็นตนเอง ตัวเองมีความเป็นสัตว์ในแต่ละทิศมากน้อยแค่ไหน โดยการระบายสีลงในวงกลมนั้น ๆ และวาดวงกลม เพิ่มขึ้นอีกเท่ากับจำนวน บุคคลในครอบครัว แล้วเขียนชื่อของเจ้าของวงกลม แต่ละวง เช่น พ่อ แม่ พี่ น้อง ปู่ ย่า ตา ยาย แล้วให้แบ่งว่าแต่ละคนในครอบครัว มีทิศแต่ละทิศมากน้อยแค่ไหน
o สะท้อนวันแรก…เด็ก ๆ ยังไม่เปิดเผยตัวเองมากนัก…แววตาดูเหมือนยังไม่ไว้วางใจ…
….หนักหนาแนวเขิน เนินไศล คือทางที่เราก้าวไป…ก้าวไกลเกินฝัน..วันวาน
น่าสนใจจัง แล้วมีการติดตามความเปลี่ยนแปลงของเด็กๆมั้ยหลังจากจบหลักสูตรแล้ว ถ้าสำเร็จนะ เยี่ยมเลยล่ะอิ่ม แม้นจะน้ำตาร่วงก็ตาม อิอิอิ
