สบายดีกันนะครับ วันนี้มีโอกาสได้ไปไหว้คุณครูหลายๆ ท่านเลยครับ ท่านใดอยู่ไกลก็โทรไปหา เป็นโอกาสหนึ่งอย่างน้อยก็คงทำให้คนรับโทรศัพท์และคนโทรศัพท์ไปมีบทสนทนาที่มีรอยยิ้มครับ พรุ่งนี้จะค่อยโทรหาอาจารย์ใหญ่ที่บ้านครับ ป่านนี้คงนอนหลับกันหมดแล้วครับ ส่วนตัวผมเองก็เพิ่งเป็นครูฝึกสอนครับ ตอนนี้ก็ค้นหาวิธีการเรียนรู้กับนักศึกษาอยู่ครับ ว่าเรียนรู้แบบใดที่จะเป็นแนวทางที่จะเข้าใจกันได้ดีที่สุดที่จะเป็นไปได้ครับ
วันนี้นั่งตรวจข้อสอบ ได้ประเด็นอะไรหลายๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในใจขณะตรวจแบบทดสอบของนักศึกษา จึงอยากจะเก็บมาฝากพวกเรากันนะครับ….
1. ผีอยู่ไหน ยิ่งกลัวยิ่งเจอ…
2. ทำได้คือทำได้ ทำไม่ได้ก็คือทำไม่ได้ ทำไม่ได้ไม่ใช่โง่ ทำได้เมื่อไหร่ความท้าทายก็หายไปทันที แต่ทำไม่ได้ซิความท้าทายยังอยู่เต็มเปี่ยม
3. เอาใจเขามาใส่ใจเรา เหมือนฟังก์ชันที่เอาหัวใจใส่เข้าไปเป็นพารามิเตอร์ของฟังก์ชัน ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือความสุขใจที่ได้ใส่ใจ
4. เห็นปัญหา (โจทย์) ให้ยิ้มเข้าใส่ เราเป็นมิตรกับมัน มันจะเป็นมิตรและคลายคำตอบให้เรา
5. แรงจูงใจสำคัญ เพียงแต่ว่าเราจะให้อะไรมาจูงเรา เหตุผลจึงสำคัญต่อการเดินทาง
6. สอบปลายภาค นักศึกษาจะมีช่องให้คะแนนตัวเองด้วย เพื่อประมวลความรู้ตัวเอง (ทำเองตรวจเอง หากได้คะแนนน้อยก็ควรจะทบทวนซ้ำเพื่อปรับคะแนน มิใช่เราจะรีบออกจากห้องสอบ)
7. ข้อสอบจะเปิดโลกทัศน์ของผู้ออกข้อสอบเสมอ เมื่อได้ตรวจข้อสอบเราจะเห็นอะไรดีๆ ในจินตนาการของเด็กๆ (Diversity of the possible answers)
…. อื่นๆ จะค่อยมาเติมไว้นะครับ มีอะไรดีๆที่ท่านพบเจอหรือแลกเปลี่ยนกันได้ ด้วยความยินดีนะครับ

ครูคือตัวแบบของเด็ก
ครูคือคำตอบที่เด็กถามหา
ครูคือผู้ทำงานแข่งกับเวลา
ครูคือผู้กระตุ้นปัญญาให้คน
แต่ครูก็คือปุถุชนคนหนึ่งเท่านั้น การที่จำทำทุกอย่างให้ดีสมบูรณ์ได้นั้น ท่านผู้นั้นต้องมีศรัทธาแรงกล้าในอุดมคติเหล่านี้ และต้องละเมิดเรื่องส่วนตัวไปมากมาย
แม้ว่าท่านจะเป็นครูใหม่
เพียงท่านเป็นผู้มีศรัทธาในอาชีพครู
เราก็ศรัทธาท่านผู้สร้างโลกครับครูเม้ง

พี่สบายดีนะครับ ตอนนี้ก็พยายามหากระบวนการเรียนรู้ในฉบับของเราเอง กระบวนการกระตุ้นให้เกิดการคิดอย่างอิสระ อาจจะต้องมาหาอย่างที่ท่านครูบอกว่า มานั่งคุยกันว่าเราจะเรียนรู้กันอย่างไรตามแบบของเรา เด็กรุ่นใหม่ก็อาจจะต้องใช้กระบวนการใหม่ๆ มาสอน มาสร้างแรงจูงใจ ให้เข้ากับกระบวนการเรียนรู้ในยุคนี้
ทำในวงที่เราทำได้ แต่เข้าถึงทุกกล่องดวงใจได้ ผมว่าก็วิเศษแล้วครับ
ความสุขของผมตอนนี้คือ อิ่มใจที่เด็กกล้าจะแสดงความเห็นโต้ตอบกับผมในระหว่างการเรียนในห้อง
ความรู้สึกจะต่างจากที่ถามแล้วเงียบ เพราะเงียบแปลความไม่ได้ครับ เพราะเงียบมันกำกวมมากๆ ครับ เพราะมีคำตอบได้หลายทาง
