คนที่จะเริ่มเดินหรือวิ่งใหม่ๆจะมีปัญหาว่าควรเริ่มยังไง อธิบายหลักการก็จะงงๆ จำไม่ได้ (เคยเขียนแนะนำไว้ในมือใหม่ หัดออกกำลังกาย) คราวนี้ลองกำหนดเป็นตารางในแต่ละอาทิตย์เลยจะดีกว่า ง่ายต่อการปฏิบัติ ตารางนี้สำหรับมือใหม่เลยนะครับ

อย่าลืม อบอุ่นร่างกาย ยืดกล้ามเนื้อ และผ่อนกายทุกครั้งก่อนและหลังการวิ่งทุกครั้งนะครับ
ตารางเป็นเพียงแนวทาง ถ้ายังเพิ่มความหนักหรือระยะเวลาไม่ได้ตามตาราง ก็ลดความหนักและเวลาลง โดยเฉพาะถ้ามีอาการเหนื่อยหรือปวดเมื่อยมาก ไม่ต้องรีบร้อนเพราะมีเวลาตลอดชีวิตที่จะต้องออกกำลังกายครับ
ถ้าทำได้สบายๆก็เพิ่มความหนักหรือเวลาได้ แต่ยังไม่ควรเดินหรือวิ่งเกินวันละ 30 นาที ในเดือนแรก ถ้าสภาพร่างกายดี ไม่มีอาการบาดเจ็บอาจเลื่อนไปใช้ตารางของอาทิตย์ถัดไปได้เลย

ให้ออกกำลังกายให้ได้ 4 วัน/สัปดาห์
เดินช้าสลับเดินเร็วให้ได้ประมาณ 20 นาที/วัน
โปรแกรมนี้สำหรับมือใหม่นะครับ สำหรับคนที่วิ่งได้แล้ว แต่อยากพัฒนาให้เก่งขึ้นก็อดทนรอหน่อยนะครับ ทดลองใช้แล้วกรุณาส่งข่าวให้ทราบด้วยนะครับจะได้ปรับปรุงตาราง เพราะพัฒนาขึ้นมาใหม่จากประสบการณ์ครับ
